If you have recently sustained a concussion, or your physician has diagnosed you with one, our clinicians can help guide you through your recovery.
During this comprehensive one-on-one assessment, your clinician will take a detailed history, assess your symptoms, and perform a thorough evaluation that may include cervical spine, balance, vestibular (inner ear), vision, and cognitive screening, depending on your presentation.
Following the assessment, you will receive education about concussion recovery, guidance on activity progression, and recommendations tailored to your specific symptoms and goals. If appropriate, treatment may begin during this visit.
Our clinicians follow evidence-informed concussion assessment and management practices and utilize standardized concussion care through Complete Concussions to help guide your recovery and support a safe return to work, school, sport, and everyday activities.
