Aquatic Therapy for Hip Replacement
This class is designed for Pre/Post hip replacement patients. Must be 8 weeks post surgery minimum.
Classes are 1 hour duration, 2x/week for 8 weeks.
This class will help to regain mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, and walking gait.
Please book an initial assessment with Dr. Bradley or Dr. Wright prior to starting this program.

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
