Wait-List Notifications
We are aware of the potential difficulty in booking and the outcome(s) this may cause our clients and can’t encourage the use of the wait-list enough. Once added, the wait-list will send an automatic email if there is a cancelled or rescheduled appointment within your availability. Jane will reserve that spot for clientele on the wait-list for up to two hours before releasing it to the public for booking. As always, we will do our best to ensure our clients are being seen in a timely manner, while continuing to provide quality of care and maintaining healthy boundaries for ourselves as clinicians.

Late Cancellations/Missed Appointments
Your appointment time is reserved just for you - when you book a treatment, you are holding a space in our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments are in demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that time slot. A no-show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the scheduled treatment.
