Techniques range from relaxation to more focused work in areas of tension and may be performed with or without rose hip oil.
This treatment incorporates manual lymphatic drainage massage (of the face, upper body), Gua Sha Facial Massage, Tsuboki Japanese facial massage, facial cupping, Cranial Sacral massage techniques and incorporating contrast hydrotherapy using warm and cool stones or tools.
Helps to boost blood flow, reduce hormonal puffiness, and ease muscle tension. Can help with headaches, TMJ and peri/menopause facial changes.
