I am currently not taking new patients. If you have a physio or chiro referral for an injury you are rehabilitating please reach out to me via email and I may be able to accommodate you.
Please be mindful that this is a scent-free space. If you arrive wearing a noticeable fragrance, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In this case, the full appointment fee will still apply.

Cancelation Policy : Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in my day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to the full treatment cost. No exceptions.
I am located on the second floor of the building. If you arrive and the door is locked, I will come down and let you in. If it is unlocked, please come up to the second floor and have a seat in the waiting room. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.
If you cannot find a time in my schedule that works for you, please either add yourself to my wait list with your availability, or email me at derrerh@collegeofmassage.com and I will try my best to find a time for you.
At this time I am not direct billing . You will have to pay and submit to your insurance companies for reimbursement and I do not take WSIB or MVA patients.
