It may feel a daunting task trying to find a counsellor that you feel will be the right one for you. A brief consultation helps both of us determine if your needs and my approach and style align, allowing for a more informed decision. It is an opportunity for me to provide information and answer questions you may have. Please note: This consult is done via phone and future appointments are done virtually or by phone. I do not offer in-person sessions.

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
