In this session you can expect assessment and discussion of your health history, hands on treatment as well as remedial exercise prescription. In order to provide adequate access to care I will only be accepting bookings from local residents and staff of Hitacu.

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
