A vestibular assessment is a thorough assessment for symptoms such as dizziness, vertigo, balance difficulties, motion sensitivity, or feeling unsteady. This session includes understanding your symptoms and medical history, then assessing your eye movements, balance, walking, and changes in head/neck and body position, to determine the cause of your symptoms.
This may include testing for conditions such as Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo, vestibular neuritis, concussion-related dizziness, or other causes of imbalance. Based on what is found, an individualized treatment plan will be created for you to help reduce symptoms and improve your balance, stability, and confidence with movement.

What it is
Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
