Appointment for patients who require a longer appointment time as well as patients who have not been treated by an Acupuncturist at Head 2 Toe in the past 12 months (or longer) as more time will be needed for re-assessment.
We begin by checking in on your progress and clarifying what is most present for you today. This extended follow-up offers a deeper treatment experience with more time for hands-on bodywork, sound healing, nervous system support, and integration alongside your acupuncture treatment. Ideal for those seeking deeper care or a slower pace for sensitive and overwhelmed nervous systems.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
