Your initial appointment with me includes:
1 - Time dedicated to the study of your intake form. This time happens before meeting with you.
2 - During your appointment at the clinic, your appointment takes 1 h. It includes:
3 - Discussion of the your intake form.
4 - Discussion of previous lab/tests shared with us. Note: maximum of 5 pages of results.
5 - Physical examination.
6 - Bio impedance body composition analysis.
7 - Once you finish your appointment, in 5-7 business days, you will receive a treatment plan with nutritional and lifestyle recommendations for you, and, possibly, natural health products suggested to you.
Please note: Some specific laboratory tests may be necessary.
