This treatment uses medium to deep pressure, with the goal of releasing knots and tension, improving movement, mood, and circulation. Our therapists will consult with you prior to your treatment to ensure that they target the problem areas, in a dual approach to healing that is both therapeutic and relaxing. This full-body treatment will improve the mobilization of joints and muscles. This can be particularly useful for those engaged in routine, medium to heavy activity, or with post-injury support.
