Apprentice treatments offer clients an accessible way to receive therapeutic care while supporting the next generation of massage therapists in their hands-on clinical training.
These treatments are offered at a reduced rate as they are performed by students working under professional supervision and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
During your session, the student’s supervisor may observe or be present for a portion of the treatment to support learning, ensure client safety, and monitor competency of techniques.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
