This appointment is available after you have already had the initial intake treatment. Treatment may include Acupuncture, Yin Tui Na (Forceless Spontaneous Release), Moxibustion (Sundays only!), Guasha (gentle therapeutic scraping), or Qigong (therapeutic movement). 30 minute long session, with 15-20 minutes of treatment time.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
