Claims submitted to certain insurance providers may not be approved, so it is crucial to verify recognition of the association number prior to seeking treatment.
DO NOT RECOGNIZE the following insurance: Canada Life, Industrial Alliance, RWAM, and Federal (Veterans, RCMP, CAF).
Update: Lianna (CMMOTA member) is now recognized by Canada Life. Claims cannot be direct billed and must be submitted by the client.
We CANNOT DIRECT BILL to the following insurance: Alberta Blue Cross, Simply Benefits, Empire Life(both Osteopathy and Acupuncture)

UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY (as of April 2025)
In response to an increasing frequency of no-shows and late cancellations, we have updated our cancellation policy. Please note that cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee (50% of your treatment cost) .
A valid credit card or visa/mastercard debit is required at the time of booking online, by phone or otherwise.
If you do not have a credit card, a deposit of 50% of the treatment is required. This deposit can be made via email transfer to info@healingpointmassage.ca within 30 minutes from the time of booking.
