Enjoy the best of both worlds: a 30-minute back and neck massage followed by a 30-minute Reiki treatment. Most of us carry the tension from everyday stress in our upper back, shoulders and neck which are the areas that we will be focusing on during this gentle massage. Once your physical body is relaxed, your energy body is more open to receiving the healing Reiki energy that follows.
