Dear Patient Our address is Unit 206, 111 West Broadway, Vancouver, BC V5Y 1P4. - The entrance is on Manitoba Street (around the corner of Caffe Artigiano). If the entrance door is locked, please press the top black buzzer (on the right-hand side of the front door) so the staff can come downstairs to open the front door for you. We are available for in-person appointments and virtual appointments.
