This appointment is designed for existing patients who are following their active care plan. During this visit, you will briefly discuss your progress with the chiropractor, who will then perform specific spinal and/or extremity adjustments as outlined in your personalized treatment plan.
The goal of these regular adjustments is to reinforce the progress from previous sessions, restore proper motion and function, and help you maintain your health goals.

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
