This 60-minute session is provided by a student practitioner at a reduced rate and includes a full assessment, treatment, reassessment, and home care recommendations if needed.
Manual Osteopathy is a hands-on approach focused on improving mobility, alignment, and overall function. Using gentle techniques such as soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization, stretching, myofascial release, and osteoarticular techniques, treatment aims to reduce pain, improve movement, and support the body’s natural ability to function at its best.
Care is tailored to your individual needs and may help with concerns such as back and neck pain, muscle and joint discomfort, headaches, mobility restrictions, postural imbalances, and general tension.
