The stretch class is a 30 minute class designed for people who are looking to improve their flexibility and mobility. Stretching is an important part of healthy living; it allows your body to continue to move the way you want by maintaining your muscles and joint mobility. This class is slow paced focusing on holding stretches and breath work. All are welcome but it will require you to be able to get up and down from the floor.
