Virtual - Pregnancy Plus Program Assessment
A virtual appointment is a great option for when you want to address your health from the comfort of your own home. We will take a detailed history and review your intake health history questionnaires. Based on functional goals a treatment plan will be made, recommendations for care will be implemented, and you will be given "homework" to get you started.
Be sure to be viewing your virtual appointment through Chrome web browser. You will be emailed a link to your appointment and prompted to connect on your appointment time.
