The practice aims to: - Promote deep relaxation and reduce stress - Help you feel more grounded and balanced - Rejuvenate tired feet - Support circulation and the body’s natural detoxification processes It’s commonly used as a complementary therapy for overall well-being, and also complementary alongside most medical treatments. Foot reflexology includes a foot soak. As part of the session, I use mostly organic certified oils, or pesticide free when organic are not available **Please wear pants that allow to roll over the knee**
