On this day, carve out time to nurture and nourish your heart, soul, and body during our rest & reset mini retreat. Lindsay and Jenn will lead an afternoon of reiki-infused yin yoga and reiki-infused sound healing allowing you to fully relax and recharge. There will also be time for internal reflection and gentle guided meditation. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
