📢 Physiotherapy Fee Update : Effective Aug 1st, 2026, the rate for all physiotherapy appointments will increase by $5. This adjustment ensures we can maintain our high standard of dedicated, one-on-one care. Receipts will automatically reflect the update for your insurance submissions.

🚗 Parking Notice : We have very limited parking on-site. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and recommend street parking nearby when possible (O’connor Street or MacLaren Street).

💳 Cancellation & Credit Card Policy: To secure your booking, a valid credit card must be saved securely on your profile. Your card will not be charged today and is strictly used to enforce our tiered cancellation policy if sufficient notice is not given:

More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.

24 to 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee.

Less than 24 hours’ notice (or No-Show): 100% of the service fee.

Please Note: Days the clinic is closed (Sundays and statutory holidays) do not count toward your notice window.

Standard Weeks: To cancel a Monday appointment without penalty, notice must be given by Thursday.

Long Weekends: If a holiday falls on a Monday and your appointment is on Tuesday, notice must be given by Thursday before the long weekend begins.
