This 45 minute gentle, child-centered treatment is designed to ease head congestion and support little bodies through seasonal allergy symptoms in a calm, nurturing environment. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the focus is on softly encouraging the flow of Qi and supporting the natural movement of body fluids to reduce congestion and discomfort.
Using a combination of very gentle techniques—including pediatric acupuncture (or acupressure when preferred), soft facial cupping, light gua sha, and soothing acupressure massage—this session helps to open nasal passages, relieve sinus pressure, and encourage healthy lymphatic drainage in the face, neck, and upper body.
Treatment is always adapted to your child’s comfort level, using minimal or no needles when needed, while still supporting the lungs, sinuses, and immune system. The goal is to help the body respond more calmly to environmental triggers while easing irritation and buildup.
