A fully private and trauma-informed extended assessment designed for more complex pelvic health concerns such as pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, postpartum healing, abdominal separation, and core or hip dysfunction.
This longer session allows additional time for a thorough internal and/or external pelvic floor evaluation, detailed history taking, advanced functional testing, and gentle hands-on treatment. You will leave with a personalized, evidence-based care plan outlining your next steps, recommended frequency, and targeted home exercises to support meaningful, long-term results.
