Prenatal massage can be performed at any time during the prenatal period, with modifications. The use of a body cushion can make it possible for massage on your stomach while your baby is hammocked in supportive foam. Side lying and semi seated positions can also be used for a comfortable experience. If you have a high risk pregnancy, please be cleared by your OB or Midwife before booking your massage.
