Deeply soothing and relaxing with the use of acupressure points, fascia release, stretching, craniosacral therapy and swedish massage techniques to rebalance and release tension in shoulders ,neck, scalp, face and jaw. Decrease tension headaches, computer associated tension , sinus congestion, jaw tension, stress/anxiety relief, reduce insomnia, promoting a sense of wellbeing/balance and calm within the body. This treatment can be performed with or without oil in your hair. Please specify preference at your appointment. Billed as a Reg'd Massage Therapy treatment.
