Osteopathy Assessment
During your first osteopathy visit, your practitioner will take a detailed health history and discuss your current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. A physical assessment will then be performed to evaluate posture, movement, and areas of tension or restriction.
Based on the findings, your osteopath will explain their assessment and provide a tailored treatment plan. Gentle, hands-on techniques may be used in your first session to help restore balance, improve mobility, and reduce discomfort. You will also receive guidance on exercises or self-care strategies to support your recovery.
