Exposure Therapy
A 30-minute exposure therapy session incorporates the use of a virtual reality headset to assist with a number of different dimensions of psychological recovery. Includes, but is not limited to driving anxiety, specific phobias such as fear of spiders, fear of heights, and fear of dogs. The session is run by a psychology assistant in conjunction with attending psychologists' treatment plans.

What it is
Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
