To begin at Week 36 - a combination of acupuncture, electro-acupuncture (if needed) or moxibustion is used to help prepare you for birth and stimulate labour. By increasing blood flow, the uterus and cervix are softened and thinned which helps the baby pass. Book this treatment if your baby is breech - moxibustion is used to help flip the baby into the correct position for birth. One treatment per week until baby is born is encouraged.
