These Registered Massage Therapy appointments are designed for children and teens. Treatment is gentle, age-appropriate, and focused on supporting growing bodies. Massage therapy may help with muscle tension, sports-related soreness, posture concerns, headaches, stress, or general discomfort. Each session is adapted to the child or teen’s needs and comfort level, with consent and communication prioritized throughout the appointment. A parent or legal guardian is required to be present for the duration of the appointment.
