If you are not quite sure whether naturopathic medicine would be the right option for you or not, and interested in learning more, you will be provided with the opportunity to book a free 15-minute meet and greet appointment by phone or virtually before your initial assessment. During this free session, you are welcome to ask your questions about naturopathy and your naturopath's general approach toward your health conditions. Please note that no detailed history taking, physical exams, or individualized treatment plans will be provided during this session.
