This appointment is an assessment and fitting of custom orthotics. Please note, to submit to your insurance you must first have a prescription for orthotics from your GP, the proof of purchase receipt, the proof of manufacturing that comes with the orthotics, and you must contact your insurance to confirm they cover orthotics given by a chiropractor
