New patients or those who haven't had an appointment in over 6 months seeking Physiotherapy services are required to schedule a Physiotherapy Assessment. Follow-up appointments are reserved for patients who have been previously seen or have had an appointment within the last 6 months. Our 45-minute physiotherapy assessment is designed to provide a complete, personalized experience. We start by listening to your concerns and understanding the cause of your pain or symptoms. Through a detailed assessment of your posture, and movement patterns, we identify the underlying factors contributing to your discomfort. You’ll receive hands-on treatment during your first visit, along with a clear and customized treatment plan to guide your recovery. Our goal is to help you relieve pain, restore function, and feel more confident and in control of your body—all in just one session.
