A 45-minute follow-up appointment focused on progressing your treatment plan, reviewing symptoms, and addressing any changes or new concerns. Sessions may include hands-on treatment, exercise progression, education, Dry needling, and internal reassessment or treatment when appropriate and with your consent. At this time, I do not provide pelvic floor physiotherapy services for individuals assigned male at birth and am currently focusing my practice on pelvic health for women and gender-diverse individuals.

Most of this visit is spent checking what changed since last time and doing the treatment itself — guided exercises, movement retraining, hands-on techniques or taping — then adjusting your home program so you leave knowing what to keep doing until the next session.
