This appointment is for patients who are through Veterans Affairs Canada. An Initial Assessment is for new patients, returning patients with new injuries, or patients returning after longer than 3 months.
The Assessment includes detailed history taking followed by the objective physical examination by your Physiotherapist. The Physiotherapist will develop a treatment plan for you after the evaluation.
