This appointment is for people who are interested in buying Custom Foot Orthotics. The cost of the orthotics is $400.00 plus this $100.00 consultation, and we require a $125.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of the assessment. Please be sure to contact your insurance company to find out their requirements for reimbursement before booking an appointment.
