This appointment is for patients who are through Veterans Affairs Canada.
The Assessment includes detailed history taking followed by the objective physical examination by your Physiotherapist. The Physiotherapist will develop a treatment plan for you after the evaluation. Your initial visit includes Assessment as well as a Treatment. Please call us at (403) 901-1460 with your identification (K) number to book this appointment.
