This appointment is for people who are interested in buying Custom Foot Orthotics. The cost of the orthotics is $400.00 plus this $100.00 consultation, and we require a $150 non-refundable deposit at the time of the assessment. Please be sure to contact your insurance company to find out their requirements for reimbursement before booking an appointment.
Please Note: These orthotics are dispensed by a PHYSIOTHERAPIST certified in Custom Foot Orthotics.
