Here we assess changes, severity and create a new treatment plan to address the issue. This appointment type is also commonly used for current patients who have a new injury/condition that requires time for full evaluation.

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
