Welcome to our online booking system. With your account, you will be able to schedule appointments, cancel upcoming appointments (before 24 hours of appointment), join your online Telehealth appointment, pay, fill out your intake form etc.
Please remember your username and password. Log in using the same combos of username and password to avoid duplicate accounts.

You can use the same family email address on all accounts.

You need to use a UNIQUE USERNAME on each account (jackblack; johnblack; janiceblack)
Then when booking appointments you can log out and in with the correct account and the only thing you need to remember is the UNIQUE USERNAMES. The password can be the same!
