current diet and lifestyle as well as any symptoms you may be experiencing. This intake will be
a thorough nutritional assessment taking into consideration all aspects of your life. During this
session I will be able to discuss with you actionable steps to help you start working towards
achieving your health goals right away. After the session I will put together and email you a
package that includes detailed diet, lifestyle, supplement and recipe recommendations.
This will also include plus a personalised 1 week meal plan that takes
into consideration all of your dietary needs based on the information received during the initial
consultation.
