Certified Reiki Masters Zen and Sudha will take you through a journey of sharing the wisdom of how to use the power of a touch, breath-work and affirmations to tap into your Reiki and discover your inner strengths. Zen and Sudha will start the class with a beautiful and grounding meditation, using our deep breaths to get into a comfortable and relaxing state. Depending on everyone’s comfort level they will begin reiki healing individually as well as to the group as a whole.
Cost: $20.00 + a FOOD BANK donation will be appreciated.
What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle. Water will be provided as well in the clinic.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before starting to get settled in and that you don’t miss out on the event! Doors close a few minutes before we start.
