Insight Naturopathic Clinic requires that all patients have a credit card on file for the purpose of virtual appointment billing, and in accordance with our cancellation policy.
We require a minimum of 48-hours notice of any cancellation or rescheduling. Any missed or cancelled appointment in which the clinic was not provided 48-hours notice, or a valid reason for late cancellation, will be charged 100% of the appointment fee , up to a maximum of $200 .
Please note that the appointment type and time that you have requested is described in your booking notification e-mail. Should you require more OR less time, you will be billed accordingly.
