The same therapeutic treatment you enjoy but with special considerations for your pregnant belly (yes we have that comfy pregnancy pillow everyone loves< and sorry, no you can’t take it home with you 😊) and if laying this way is uncomfortable we can switch on the fly to a sidelying position. You are supported throughout your pregnancy. We usually like to start at 9 weeks but if your doc oks us to start sooner, please let us know. We know all the areas to avoid to support you through those many months of gestation.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
