This option is for clients with an ACTIVE ICBC claim, or who will be covered by ICBC at the start of their treatment. This is a subsequent massage option for client’s who have already come in for an initial assessment.
There is a client user fee associated with ICBC massage therapy sessions that must be covered privately. If we are unable to direct bill to ICBC, the client will be responsible for the full session price of which they can submit to their adjuster for reimbursement.
