This appointment is your secure virtual option for an initial appointment one on one with our pelvic floor physiotherapist. During this appointment she will take a detailed history of your symptoms and relevant medical information. She will then bring you through a movement assessment and provide recommendations regarding appropriate stretches/exercises, toileting habits, self-treatment and pain management options as appropriate. You do not need to come into the clinic for this visit.
