This subsequent visit is approximately 45 minutes* in length and includes an in-depth check-in and refinement of treatment plan. This appointment is also booked for acupuncture-only visits.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
