During your initial appointment your health concerns will be reviewed in detail. Following the appointment, you will receive your preliminary treatment plan, recommendations for additional testing, and a plan for your upcoming health. Initial appointments are only available by telemedicine unless other arrangements have been made. Please send to the clinic copies or your blood work and test results prior to your appointment. Pediatric appointments apply to patients ages 12 or younger.
