24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
To ensure fair access to appointments, to our Therapists, and to the Clinic, we kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.
Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments will result in a 100% charge of the appointment fee.
Important to note: Insurance benefits cannot be used to cover cancellation fees; you will be required to pay out-of-pocket.
(We do understand life happens and make exceptions when appropriate).
DIRECT BILLING:
Yes, we offer direct billing for most insurance companies for your convenience.
Important to note: We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for the success of claims submitted.
Claim processing, coverage amounts, server errors, requirements for a doctor’s note, reimbursement procedures, and any payment holds or outstanding balances are between you and your insurance provider.
We strongly recommend checking with your insurance company prior to your appointment to avoid any potential surprises or out-of-pocket payments.
